AOG Support | Boeing 737 MAX

Another successful AOG recovery by the Seagull Air Maintenance team.

Our MCC received a request for technical assistance following a ground-related incident involving a Boeing 737 MAX.

Our engineering team responded promptly and performed an on-site damage assessment in accordance with the applicable SRM. During the inspection, damage to the LH Lower Winglet was identified, requiring further action before the aircraft could safely return to service.

Following close coordination with the airline’s MCC, the appropriate maintenance action was determined and the LH Lower Winglet was replaced.

Thanks to the rapid response of the Seagull Air Maintenance engineering team, combined with the excellent communication, coordination and logistics provided by our customer, the required maintenance was completed efficiently and the aircraft was successfully returned to service.

AOG situations are always a team effort — where technical expertise, fast decision-making and effective coordination make the difference.
